Party Gaming, one of the largest online gambling firm in the world, has suddenly got even bigger. It has just bought the company responsible for the World Poker Tour, WPT Enterprises, for a down payment of $12.3million plus $3million a year for the next three years. Party Gaming acquisition of WSOP is just to enter US market when legalization will take place. Party has already succeeded in their deal with the US justice department by paying a whooping amount of $105 million to avoid any prosecution when any party employees travel on Us soil.
