Partygaming to pay $105 million to US dept

According to reports released by market watch, PartyGaming accepted to pay a whooping amount of $105 million to US department of justice for avoiding any prosecution. PartyGaming were in talks with justice dept in US and agreed upon all the terms and conditions laid down by the US authorities. The agreement between party and dept covers the poker betting service it offered to Americans prior to October 2006, also recently Party's co-founder Anurag Dikshit surrendered himself in front of NY court and agreed to pay $300 million dollars in fine and further agreed to fully coorporate with the authorities in the on going investigation. Till now many gambling executives were arrested and jailed in United States for breaching gambling laws in US. As the deal progress, PartyGaming can breath US air and can build strong relationship with US banks and can work freely withotu any prosecution.
