Will US govt crack stars and tilt ?

Things are looking good for party gaming ever since their settlement with US justice dept. Party agreed to pay whooping $105 million in order to avoid any prosecutions against any executives who travels in United States and many accept funding from US investors. The stock rose to 250 .P from 26 P at LSE. Now the trend is getting shifted towards two of the biggest online gambling sites that is Pokerstars and FullTiltPoker who still operates in US market with out any fear and made millions of dollars per day. Will they be prosecuted ? Who knows anything can happen.
According to some news source Party gaming is trying to help US justice dept to bar poker stars and full tilt from accepting US players. It can be a rumor guys as this news is not confirmed, but this is true that current prohibits online gambling and in near future when the US will legalize poker online then pokerstars and full tilt may have to face problems from Justice dept.
